Summary
The investment objective of the Fund is to seek to achieve long-term growth of principal and income by investing primarily in equity securities as further described in the investment policy. The Fund will at all times invest at least 50 per cent of its Net Asset Value in equity securities. In seeking to achieve long-term growth of principal and income, the Fund may also invest in transferable securities (other than equity securities) and financial derivative instruments. Such transferable securities include: (i) debt securities; (ii) closed-ended collective investment schemes (including closed-ended REITs and other closed-ended collective investment schemes investing in real estate); and (iii) Eligible Collective Investment Schemes (including exchange traded funds, money market funds and open-ended REITs). The use of transferable securities and financial derivative instruments by the Fund is further described in the investment policy.
